off topic/cant stop itching!help plz@!

dunno if its something im allergic to in my diet or mebbe its the fabric softener im using...or mebbe...who knows?!but i cant stop itching and scratching...not my whole body...but enuff of it to drive me fucking insane!would an anti histamine help this?its like im bustin out in hives or have an allergice reaction to somethin....ANYTHING constructive here would help bros!

around week 5 of my sus/eq, I decided to throw in a bit of deca I had lying around and i broke out in itchy hives on both glutes. A itchy red rash on my ass cheeks, I dont know if it was the deca or the eq kicking in, I think the eq, anyway I out some itch lotion on it and it was a lot better in a week. But it did take a week to clear. Try not to scratch, it gets worse.
