Off period ?

I was on a 12 week cycle that included deca 400mg per week for 8 weeks. winnie 50mg tabs 1 per day for 8 weeks and 400mg of aratest for the last 4 weeks by itself. I've been off the deca and winnie for 6 weeks can i go back on those 2 or should i be 100% off everything for 8-10 weeks. When they say your receptors shut down, is it to that on type of steroid or any type?

Out of the 3 which will shut your receptors down quicker.

time on should equal time off. In my eyes time off does not start until you start post cycle clomid.

i agree, once u start using clomid, then if u did a 12 week cycle including the time to start the clomid then that is the amount of time u should stay off...................
