Off day today... no gym for me

Today is my scheduled off day. Damn i feel like working out today. but this guy doesn't want to over train. And this also means i gotta watch my calories a little today, damn, no training, and cut back on food. and I got a night class. Oh well, the weekend will be here soon enough, the week is goin by decently fast, oh ya, i gotta work all weekend, haha. oh well, we are having an after party at outr place this friday, woo hoo! :coffee:

Seriously. Yea, I was exaggerating above. But unless you're a genetic freak, overtraining is not a figment of the imagination.

I agree...it IS possible to overtrain...but many people think it's a lot more common than it really is.....if you eat right, sleep right, and train excessively, the chances of overtraining diminish.......even more so if you have a little *cough* assistance.......2 days off a week is adequate........I need 5 to survive....

I hear you. Two days off a week is adequate for many.

Yeah- I use saturday and sunday -

I also like training 5x a week because it makes the workouts shorter and more intense
