Off cycle?

Hey guys,
how many weeks do you have to be "off" before you start another cycle?

sust 250,deca ,dbol cycle

if I do a 2-3 month cycle, I take around 4 months off. may be overkill, but I doubt it's hurting me. If I can get about two cycles a year 8-12 weeks, that's good for me.

longer you take off, the better your receptors will respond when you go back on. I'll take time off = (time on + 1or2 months)

Bingo. A 12 week bulker and an 8 week cutter once a year is best IMO.
