Ama about to start my off cycle? Whats that you mean pct?
What did you take? Stats age.... Am blund here!

what kind of timing steve? i have no idea what i am talking about, but i highly suggest you simply take everything you can get your hands on. why not?!!
Ok here stats and current pct plan:
6'1 205 9%bf
Cycle 600mg deca per week
300mg Tuesday
300mg Thursday for 10 weeks
400mg t400 per week
200 Monday
200 Thursday
Pct:
.5 shot of hcg 3 weeks before your last shot of test and another .5 shot of hcg a week before your last shot and then starting the day after your last shot of teat you take 2 pills of clomid for 2 weeks and 1 pill after that till there gone and 2 pills of nolvadex for the first 2 weeks and then 1 pill for at least a week or 2 after

TSK! TSK! Throw the Nova out the window,never mix Nova with nandrolones or Tren.
If you must use clomid do so at 20mg straight thru and Add Post cycle & unleashed, plus if you have any forma left over add it ,it will be helpful Esp since you ran deca.
