Oddity at the Gym

Weird thing happened to me yesterday. I was doing my sumos, and some guy came up to me and actually gave me advice on my form. I got to talkin to him and I guess he used to compete in PLing comps in the late 80s. Guy new a lot about form in the different deadlifts. But I could immediatly notice how the reps felt different with the proper form. I just didnt have my ass tucked down far enough for sumos, made it a lot harder to start the rep, but easier to lock out at the top. Anyways, just thought Id share my odd experience :D
 
I have done summos and like them.....I think it you need to build hip strength to aid both conventional and squats they are great...ESPECIALLY with 35's

it's a nice suprise. i had this one fella start giving me tips on benching once. gave me some great ideas. then i later find out he was a natural 700lb. bencher, and at one time, one of the tops in the world.
