Weird thing happened to me yesterday. I was doing my sumos, and some guy came up to me and actually gave me advice on my form. I got to talkin to him and I guess he used to compete in PLing comps in the late 80s. Guy new a lot about form in the different deadlifts. But I could immediatly notice how the reps felt different with the proper form. I just didnt have my ass tucked down far enough for sumos, made it a lot harder to start the rep, but easier to lock out at the top. Anyways, just thought Id share my odd experience
