So, last night, I began to feel nauseous, lightheaded, and dizzy, for about 3 hours. After eating and training, it felt better, but continued a tiny bit. Today my head still feels kinda dizzy. What the fuck is going on? I figured it was from dehydration, as I didn't have much water yesterday. But that theory got shot to shit because I had a ton that night. Then I thought maybe it was prolonged motion sickness, from reading on the train on the way home from work. But, why the hell would I still be feeling dizzy ...
