Will taking Octocosanol lead to an increase in testosterone levels? Spinach leads to increased t levels and Octocosanol contains the excact same as spinach?

Normal vitamins, enough sleep, good diet, potentially dhea. Need2 has some good supplements that certainly increase my test levels.

Good diet is important, and hard to do. 99.9% of what we eat every day is crap. The soil is depleted from natural nutrients due to pesticides, food is grown artificially and processed. Diet is one of the key elements that has decreased normal levels of test in men, as well as creating prostate problems, Alzheimer, osteoporosis, etc...all that crap we see today that wasn't common a couple generations ago. And is gonna get worst. If you own a piece of natural soil, work it, and protect it from the government with your life.
