i was actually going to PM you before i made that post. i guess that makes you the resident nut case.

i have a variety of mental illnesses. i think i am getting bipolar now. maybe it is just stress fucking with me. who knows.

My wife has OCD and a panic disorder. the doctor has since perscribed her 20mg. per day of Paxil. She is for "normal" for the most part while on it. I recomend seeing your doctor.

just wash your hands 37.5 times and knock on something metal with your teeth 4 times, take 3 steps to the front foor and open it twice, throw out a peice of yarn from your pocket...

works for me.

i do know stuff about illnesses though because my mother is full of medical knowledge... to the point where my sister sometimes knows less than my mum and my sister is a doctor!

yeah 20 mg is not a lot... i'm on 150 mg of effexor at the moment.

explain what you mean. is 20mg the bare bottom dose of a SSRI?

i prefer to play my own doctor, and write my own scripts. i have a valid script for xanax but i would rather not go to a doc (the last 2 doc's wanted to give me paxil, which has horrible side effects. one gave my brother an antidepressant that can be more addictive than cocaine).

anyway, i have anxiety, recessive schizophrenia & mild OCD. i am thinking of starting buspar for the anxiety, as i think less anxiety will cut my OCD down too.
