OCD is driving me nuts!

Does anyone else suffer from ocd. It consumes me and little things end up driving me nuts and taking away my attention span on the task at hand. Anyone know a natural supplement to treat this stuff.

Isn't it caused by a decrease in dopamine...or was it serotonin.
Talk to a psych or an MD, they should have good stuff.

I suffer from this a bit as well.

Right now I am under the medication Fluoxetine. I think this may help, but I'm not sure.

You have two options:

1. Deal with it and get on with you life by accepting the things you do.

2. Get prescription medication that may or may not help you.

I try to use some of the things I do to my advantage. Other's drive me fucking batty, but I am learning to deal with them. The thing that really suck is when a new behaviour pops up and I have to deal with it.

Thanks for the replies. It gets bad to the point where my thoughts interrupt work, gym family life etc.

I used to have it real bad. Some medicines may work but I found breaking my routines and realizing all was good was the best solution. You've gotta do things differently and realize you wont die if they are done differently.
