Hey...what about oatmeal right before bed? I'm not really looking to bulk like some of you...I'd rather keep fairly lean so I usually just down a prot shake, but I was thinking a couple packs of oatmeal along with me shake would give some good slow digesting carbs and fiber to last the through the night. I typically eat a big balanced dinner around 8-9pm, then get to bed around midnight. Would this likely hurt me more in terms of gaining fat?
