1. Squats 4 x 10
2. Leg Presses - 2 x 10
3. Leg Extensions - 2 x 10

1. Lying Leg Curls - 4 x 10

+ ab work
 
i will be doing de lower.

box squats 8 x 2.
speed deads - 5 x 1
80% of dead max x 1
6 sets of 12-15 on abs
4 sets of low back
1 set of hips.

Hmmmm....In about 4 hours.....

DBell Str8 Legs ........2x10
Smith Revers Lunge........10,10,8
Leg Press............12,10,10,8, then 23 to burnnnnn

Leg Extention 10,10,8
Leg Curl 10,10,8

Puke..............Sound good?
