I am bored this morning waiting for the gym to open, so I am posting this in case anyone gives two shits.
Decided to cancel my cutting "cycle" which was set to start this week. I planned on using 50mg/ed of Zambons for 6 weeks...and I was pretty damn excited about it.
I then, however, got to thinking. 3 months ago I was about 208 with 15%bf...right now I am exactly 195 with about 10%bf. Keep in mind I have accomplshed this with no cardio. Obviously I am doing something right, so why mess with it?
A few days ago I started 3 grams of ALA per day along with NYC twice a day. I have been eating as clean as clean could be, and I am already noticing a difference. My goal is to get down to 6-8% while staying between 185-190 pounds in 6 weeks time.
I assume there at least should be a moral to unneccesary posts such as this...so I assume it would have to be a reminder of the most important part of this game that many newbies tend to disregard...diet comes first. With a good diet, you can accomplish anything, believe it or not even without gear.
