Nyc Vs Adipo

i noticed that the pill is a tab(nyc) and the adipo is a capsule with powder. whats the difference? should i chew the nyc

can anyone tell a difference between the two as far as heat, jitteryness ect..??

they are virtually the same.. NYC is IMHO more comparable to the earlier batches of adipo, which were more liberally dosed (or at least so they seemed from effects)

but they are virtually interchangable

it gave me one hell of a kickstart to the diet! im 6 weeks into a ketogeic diet with NO cheating not one day!! i stopped usung them about three weeks in my appetite literally diminished at that point... its still on hand just in case
