Whats up guys, I see that there are some NYC lifters on this board.

I am a competitive PLer (bench-only) and recently started training at Steel Gym on 23rd street. Does anybody train there and/or is looking for a partner?

IB9, nah it's not 24 hours and it's more of a bodybuilding gym, but it is pretty hardcore and has the basics.

IBench- how far from Oceanside are you? That's borderline Queens isn't it? It takes me ~ an hour to get there, but I do it on my heavy squat days and it's well worth it.

Chris (DEAD) I spoke to CT at your last meet about possibly doing Shirt work when I get a friggin correctly sized Denim. Iron Island isn't too far.

Genarr, Douglastown isnt too far from me either.

Maybe we can put together a training day, maybe a weekend day is most convenient, just looking for a day to get everyone together and have a mega session.
