part of my daily fat intake comes from Walnuts / ALmonds. lately I have been mixing 1/2 cup of walnuts OR Almonds w/ 1/8 cup of dry rasin (~16g of carb).
Is that bad? cuz' I have heard that we are not supposed to mix carb w/ fat.
By the way, I have this snack usually at 10:30am.
Please advice.
