Nutrition Labeling question

Can someone translate this ..how do i read this..which is the sugar...which is carbs...in laymans terms.... what is the 2 different energys ( calories i think)

Not familiar with that labeling system. I'm not sure if you can deduce sugar content with that information.

The first energy unit is kilocalories. Regarding food, this is the same thing we usually just call a calorie.

The second energy unit is kilojoule I believe.
 
The kilojoule is the unit now most widely used for expressing food energy. It is based on an international system of units designed to minimise differences in terminology between countries. Energy used to be measured in kilocalories (sometimes this was simply called calories). One kilocalorie is equivalent to 4.186 kilojoules. As an approximation, to find the number of kilojoules in food, multiply the number of kilocalories by four. As far as the carb question I'm not sure.
