Alright looking for the nutritional information on hulled barley, not pearled barley. Hulled barley is less processed then pearled and very low on the GI scale lower then oats or anything else. On the package it says 1/4 cup dry =32 grams so I want to know how much 1/4 cup dry makes? I weigh everything in grams on my scale I don't use measuring cups cause IMO they are in accurate
I don't want to cook individual servings cause i make everything in bulk on weekends. I have went to fitday, and also the nutritional Data food info page and they just give listings of "Pearled barley.
