numbness

On the side of my right arm there is about numb spot about 3" x 3" just below my delt. Any ideas what this could be? I was thinking maybe it has something to do with my back. Also, I've noticed that my left arm is getting bigger than my right and was wondering if this might have something to do with it.

Doesn't hurt at all. I haven't done a delt inject since i was running igf a couple months ago. Doesn;t really bother me except when i touch it it feels funny.

it sound more like a pinched nerve, there is something active release technique, you should see if you can find a practioner in your area or go to physician for relief
