Almost forgot....numbness and pain are the first symptoms of nerve entrapment. After that the muscles controlled by the nerve will get weak cuz the damage is starting to become irreversible.
First way to treat this nerve entrapment problem is to straighten out your wrists. Go buy some $10 wrist splints from Walmart and wear them at night. Should make your wrists feel better. If that doesnt help after a while or you dont do it, surgery is the last resort to decompress the fascia that is compressing the nerve. But it can and usually does come back after a few years.
