I've noticed lately that after doing about 20 minutes or so of cardio on a machine, the bottoms of my feet start to go numb and tingle a little bit.
Could this be a result of bad shoes? Or poor circulation perhaps?
Thank you
Extremities seem to develop neuropathy issues faster than any other place on the body. How long does the numbness/tingling last after you finish the cardio? Do you have numbness and tingling on leg workout days?
The numbness generally only lasts as long as I am using the machine. It diminishes very shortly after I get off and take a few steps. I have never experienced numbness or tingling any other time than during cardio work outs( which I do daily) It doesn't seem to make a difference whether it's a leg work out day or not.

I got this when I was using a bike for atleast 20 mins too, I think it's that your legs are moving constantly and mucks around with the circulation (upper body is completely relaxed) as when I go cycling with a road bike.. Even for 1 hour + there's no tingling.
But, I wouldn't be worried or anything to be honest it's not like you can't walk or your legs are numb for days. It's directly related to the cardio haha
