well its time to get back on. ive been off since last may. since may ive kept my diet in check and changed my worout routine to compound movement workouts.
diet has been 2600 cals 225g protiens tried to stay in the 400g fats range. and same with carbs.
workouts were chest/tris(m) back/bis(t) shoulders(w) legs(t) each day was 30min cardio in the am b4 meals.
now with that in mind this is my next cycle.
1-12 600mg test e3d (this is total 18000mgs= 30 injects= around 12.5-13wks)
1-12 400mg deca ew. this is my first go with deca
1-20 AIFM this will include pct also
10-12 hcg 1500 iu mwf
13-17 nolva 20mg ed
13-17 clomid 200mg day 1
100mg day 2-last day.
my diet will obviously change to around 4000-5000 cals 275+g protiens keep the fats and carbs similar to where they are now.
my work outs will also change dramtically but stay with the compound movement concept.
incase your wondering im 30yr old 190 at 9% checked last week hyrostatically.
whats your opinion of this for my third cycle?
 
Looks good but that is a lot of test, you sure you need 1200+ MG of test a week on your third cycle? I would up the deca a bit and lower the test a little. Maybe throw some dbol or drol to kick start things (could do tbol too if you can get it).

You also may want to consider B6 at 600mg a day or cabergoline at a reasonable dose (for the deca).
