I nuke 2 eggs every morning (yolk and whites)
I poke the yolks with a fork so it doesn't blow up in the microwave.
60 seconds per egg and 98% of the time they're done perfect, not too dry, not too runny.
If they're too runny (usually on the bottom) I just flip em over in the bowl, then put in for another 10 sec. or so.
