ya 1 gram of carbs and pure protein ISO. I picked this op from brutalalchemy. He asked me to give it a try and asked me what flavor i wanted to test out. I have had a lot fo proteins in my life and i have found that almost anyone can make choc,vanilla and some of the other flavors taste good. You really have to have a good formula and know what you are doing to get strawberry to taste good. So I said give me some strawberry and lets see if its good.

I got it and gave it the old kid test. Made 3 cups and gave one cup to each of my kids. They sucked it back and asked for more. My kids are 11(boy) 6(girl) and 5(boy)... If it can pass the kid test then I know its good enough for my customers.

^^ I would say that is a good way to know if a protein taste good since kids can be picky and don't like the taste of vitamins!
