NTBM D-Spark Log

notjake11

New member
I was lucky enough to be chosen to log D-Spark and am really looking forward to getting to try it out.

Stats:

Gender: Male
Age: 37
Height: 6'
Weight: 201 pounds
Bodyfat: 13.8%

Background:

In 2011 and early 2012, after years of inactivity working 80-100 hour weeks and sitting behind a desk, I lost a total of approximately 85-90 pounds of fat while adding 5-10 pounds of lean mass. I ran my first AAS cycle last fall, an 8-week all oral cycle consisting of Anavar and Proviron. During that run I shed quite a bit of bodyfat and leaned out substantially. However, it also started the process of regaining some of the strength I had lost during the long years of not working out followed by two years of dropping weight. My ensuing PCT consisted of the following:

Unleashed/Post
DAA Chews
Forma
N2Slin
Chlomid 25/day
Ostarine 25/day
Keto Burn
Multivitamin

During the course of that PCT I not only kept all the gains in lean mass and strength that I had made on cycle, I actually increased my max bench by another five pounds while substantially improving my running distances/times.

After finishing PCT, I ran a triple SARMs cycle using Uniquemicals products together with Albuterol and Test Infusion. This cycle was logged here:

Notjake11's Test Infusion Log

During the course of that cycle, which is winding down today and tomorrow, I gained eight pounds of lean muscle while maintaining the same bodyfat percentage and dramatically increased my strength and size in my upper body. More specifically I added massive volume to my chest and shoulders, which have always been my two lagging bodyparts. My bench went up massively (last measurement it was up 20 pounds and I'm doing my final max attempt for the cycle tomorrow). And again my running distances and times continued to improve.

Plan:

The plan is to run a 30 day PCT centered around D-Spark as the star ingredient. The full roster of the PCT consists of:

D-Spark
DAA
Unleashed
Post Cycle
Bridge (double dosed)

Given that this was just a SARMs cycle, I could just go with a three week mini-PCT as per Dylan's usual recommendation. However, after running a cycle directly into this SARMs cycle and preparing to run my first full injectible cycle afterwards, I want to run a fuller PCT than normal after a SARMs run and the inclusion of the D-Spark/DAA combo means it should actually be a PCT where I can continue to gain and make progress rather than being just a holding pattern waiting for the next cycle.

When Do I Start:

I am using up the last of my SARMs and will be ending the cycle Friday or Saturday. I am testing my max bench tomorrow and then I have my next race/event on Saturday (another Spartan Sprint). Sunday will be an off day and the plan was to start taking the PCT ingredients that day. However, the D-Spark and DAA haven't arrived yet so if they don't get here tomorrow or Saturday the plan may be delayed or I may have to start without them.

Subscribed.

I just started D Spark. I'm going to use it solo for a while so I can see exactly how well it works. With the other stuff you are taking, its going to be hard to tell what benefits the D Spark is contributing.

Why DAA and D Spark? I'm guessing its so you can adjust how much of the AI you are taking?

I used all the others when I did my last PCT so the only new variable will be the D-Spark, makuling it easy to isolate the difference.

I am not sure what the dosing of DAA is in it. If it has the full 3+ grams used in the studies I wont add any more DAA to it.

Each pill has a gram of DAA and 25 mg of the AI. So 3 pills gives you the full dose of DAA and the full dose of the AI (compared to PES Erase rcommendations).

I think it was Rick Rock who made apost saying that some people get some negative sides from that much AI, and if that's the case you could drop down to 2 pills and make up the rest with plain DAA.

In for this...

Very interested to see what D-Spark does for you bro...

Unfortunately it hasnt arrived yet and i habemt heard back from BRR. Started the rest of the regimen and will just have to hope it comes in soon.

Got word from BRR that my D-Spark is on the way and my confirmation/shipping email came yesterday. Based on their usual shipping time it should get here tomorrow. Since this weekend I have been running the other parts of my PCT as noted above with one modification - I've been running Unleashed and Post at double dose (both actually recommend that for the beginning of their use on the label for dosage/direction).

On Saturday I will start D-Spark and go down to single dose on Post/Unleashed (Bridge will stay at double dose for the duration of the PCT). I'll also take my "before" pics and post them here.

How is the double dose of UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE working? It's good to know what one thing is doing before trying another.

It's working exactly as expected. Mood is great, energy is up and libido is strong. I mentioned it above, but I ran the unleashed/post combo after my all oral cycle so have experience with how it affects me. So far it is exactly what I thought it would be.

My D-Spark arrived today!!!!

The plan is going to be as follows. For the rest of the weekend I'm going to continue the Post/Unleashed/Bridge combo at double dose. The D-Spark has 30 doses, so I'm going to start running it on April 1. At that time I'll reduce the Post/Unleashed to a single dose while continuing to run the Bridge at double dose. All four supps will be split up and taken three times a day with food.

I'll take pictures and measurements on Monday (with the holiday weekend I won't be at my best Monday - plan on relaxing on the diet) and will run the D-Spark for the full 30 days of the month of April. While I'm going to indulge for the weekend, I plan on keeping things VERY tight and busting my ass for the month to make the most of the run and set myself up for my injectible cycle (which will start on May 1).

I started the D-Spark yesterday and have been running it three tablets a day spread throughout the day. I've also continued taking the double dose of Bridge and single doses of Unleashed and Post-Cycle.

As mentioned in my previous post, I ate like an absolute fat kid for the four days before starting this. As a result, when I woke up Monday morning I was completely bloated and swollen from so much sodium and carb intake. I'm holding off on pictures until tomorrow morning to finish flushing that out and give a more accurate "before" to use for the run on D-Spark. With the 1.5 gallons of water I've been drinking and the completely clean eating (under 2500 calories a day), there is some improvement already and I've mostly recovered from the weekend binge. I've publicly and privately declared that I'm going to eat clean for the entire month - no cheats in April.

Workouts have been pretty damned good - better than I expected coming off the fantastic workouts I had during the SARMs cycle. I started doing sets of 12 last week for most exercises to give my joints a break after pushing heavy with the 5x5 for the cycle I just ran and doing my workouts this week I'm already seeing more reps and improvements in my endurance during the workout. Last week I hit 12/12/11 as my reps on bench with 185. This week I not only hit 12 on all three sets, I ended up doing 15 reps on the last set. Similar improvements have been noted in all exercises. I'm curious to see if that continues - I expected to see a drop this week as the S4, Osta and GW cleared from my system. I can only assume that the D-Spark and acclimation to working with higher reps are both serving to counter that dropoff.

The next test will be to see how my runs compare. I will be running first thing in the morning and will update with the results.

p.s. - Workouts at the end of the week will be more active rest than true workouts as I'm running the Tough Mudder on Saturday and need to be fresh for that.

I've been taking D Spark for a couple of weeks and today I had a great workout. Strong, and felt tight and packed afterwords, like I haven't felt in a long time. I'll have to see if this was just a freak workout or if I continue this way. It's a great motivator to get into the gym and get the most out of this stuff!

Sounds pretty much exactly what I'm feeling so far.

I'm five days into running the D-Spark and am feeling pretty damned good. My drive to workout is as stong as ever, perhaps even more so, and the quality of them has been fantastic. I had to take today off as a rest day to prep for the Tough Mudder tomorrow and it was really hard to keep myself from doing SOMETHING to workout. I expected that PCT would be a bit of a letdown from the sort of feeling I had while running the SARMs but that hasn't been the case at all.

Another great development is that my other drive - libido - has had a very noticable difference. Towards the end of the SARMs cycle my desire was definitely down a little and while the erections were still there when needed they weren't as firm as I'd prefer. There was definitely some improvement in both categories last week when I started the Unleashed/Post/Bridge but the last few days things have been MUCH MUCH better. I had company on Wednesday and earlier this evening . . . everyone involved is very pleased with the results.

I'm curious to see how my body holds up running the Tough Mudder tomorrow. My endurance definitely dipped last week coming off the GW but has rebounded some this week. It will be interesting to see how things go doing a 12 mile endurance event.

On another note - I took pictures on Wednesday morning. My phone is giving me trouble transferring them over to the computer but once I get that squared away I will post them.

I can't wait to start this stuff. I have a feeling my PCT is going to benefit.greatly from it

I'm pretty pleasantly surprised to be perfectly honest. Running a cycle, a PCT that included Osta and then a SARMs cycle, I expected I would be down during this PCT. Not the case at all. Very pleased so far.

I ran the Tough Mudder yesterday and was very impressed with how my body held up over the course of the event. The course was 11.25 miles long (the entire length was a muddy trail with about 25% of it being mud ankle deep) with well over 20 obstacles and I finished in 2:47. I actually think I could have finished in under 2:20 but I wasn't going to leave my two teammates behind.

Being off GW for a couple weeks now and having noticed a drop in endurance after first coming off, I'm thrilled with the result. I felt great the whole run and my body feels pretty good even today. As I mentioned above, I'm pleasantly surprised but I'm also a bit confused. I didn't really expect to be feeling so good or to be as able to push with the same level of intensity. I love that the people of this site have helped me turn two PCT periods and my bridge period into not just times to try and hold on to a percentage of my gains from cycle, but to continue pushing forward and advancing. I'm going to get to go into my TestE/EQ cycle firing on all cylinders and will be raring and ready to go.

thanks for the feedback on D spark.

This is working out FANTASTIC!!!

I've taken three sets of pictures now and I'm visibly leaner/drying each time I update them. At the start of the month my abs were hiding. Over the first few weeks they started to peek out here and there. Now they are starting to bust through and prepare themselves for the spring weather that's coming in this week.

Body feels great and things are humming along full speed ahead. Despite keeping tight to my diet and leaning out visibly, I'm not losing any strength or mass in the process.

Damn bro you are looking much more defined in a small amount of time. I am excited for D-Spark, the hard part is going to be waiting until PCT!

Honestly my shitty camera's pictures don't do the difference justice. Veins are popping up in new places, the abs and obliques are coming out, the overall appearance is nice and dry and everything just looks better. To quote the woman I was with last night (who hadn't seen me in the ten days since I started): "Holy shit!!!!"

A couple more days and I'm still visibly leaning out. I'm really impressed with how well this is going. Pretty much all aspects of life are hitting on stride - leaner and lighter while not losing any strength or endurance, mood is great, libido is sky high (had a breakfast date this morning and we messed around both before and after - feels like being 18 again). Only downside is having to get up 2x a night to pee, but that's partially just me adjusting to drinking more water than usual.

I was tighter than normal with calories Monday through Thursday (I'm aiming for 2500 calories as an average for the entire month of April and 250 or more grams of protein a day), hitting an average for the four days of about 2000 calories. I'm using that extra 2000 calories I saved those four days to carb up a bit for the Warrior Dash I'm running later today. Hit a little over 3k yesterday and will hit 3.5k or so today - puts me back on track and gives me the extra oomph for the race.

I don't have another event for two weeks, so will be able to stick to a more normal schedule for the next two days. Taking Fridays off to be at full capacity for a Saturday event is hard to do - hate the downtime. At least this is only a 3.1 mile event so didn't need to take two days off. Taking off Thursday and Friday before the Tough Mudder last week was a test of willpower.

I've been on d spark for 4 weeks with my helladrol now , I feel fucking fantastic and as I get a pump going my muscles get so hard tight and ready to burst it feels. I'm really enjoying it and not feeling shut down either! I've also gained nearly 14 lbs now and hardly any fat

That's one of the great things about the D-Spark - I'm running it during PCT and am eating light to lean out. It's helping me keep my strength and muscle from my SARMs cycle while cutting up (down 6 pounds in under two weeks with no drop in strength or muscle).

For you it's helping you bulk up and add mass and act as a support for your PH cycle.

This stuff just helps amplify whatever it is you try to accomplish.

Just a quick update today - will post a longer one with next pic in a day or two.

Did the Warrior Dash this last weekend. It's a shorter mud run but with nearly 7500 people running it has some strong competition mixed in. I finished 177th, putting me in the top 2.5% of the field. At the same time my lifts have been continuing to improve (running sets of 12 - needed to come down from pushing the 5x5 heavy for the SARMs cycle to deload a bit) and I'm continuing to lean out - new lines and viens appearing every day.

Me likey!!!

Everything continues to go fantastically. Body is continuing to lean out (see pic below) and all other facets are doing equally well (libido, strength, endurance, etc.). The only issue I have had lately is that I'm not sleeping as well as I would like. I find myself waking a bit more during the night than I am used to. I wonder if taking one of my three tablets before bed is having that effect. I'm debating shifting the timing of my doses so that the third one is not so close to bedtime.

A few more days left and I can say I'm pretty damned excited to post my after pics. I had a couple of days this last week where I wasn't as good about my diet as I should have been (I struggle on days I have my son - when your 7 year old wants to go to IHOP after his baseball game it's hard to say no). Nevertheless I've since shed the water and bloat (faster than usual by a LONG shot) and am looking pretty damned good if I do say so myself. This has been a pretty damned fantastic run and I'll be using DSpark again during PCT.

I'm going to wrap this up on Saturday. I have my next race (Superhero Scramble) that day and a concert and party to go to that night. Sunday will be a low key day and then I start my injectible cycle on Monday. I'll take my "after" shots Saturday morning before the race and will post my final results on Sunday.

As I finish up this PCT and my run with D-Spark, I have to say I am nothing but thrilled at the results. Aside from the fact that I definitely leaned out, as demonstrated in the pics, my strength and endurance not only held stable - they increased. My lifts went up and I posted my best race results ever in the Superhero Scramble yesterday, placing in the top 2% in overall and top 3% for men and age group.

I'll be taking D-Spark as part of my PCT after my upcoming cycle and in future cycles. Stuff works - plain and simple.

Thanks. It's fun to pass people a decade younger than me with 30 pounds less bodymass (most true runners don't have much upper body mass). It's even more fun when the realize that I started in the heat a half hour behind them. :)
