was in the gym today and i talked to a kid who worked there and he said he's a kinesiology major and that NOxplode has an obnoxious amount of caffeine (more than coffee). i hate coffee and soda so i dont get really any caffeine so i take like a scoop and a half and feel like i just did some speed, im not so sure it helps with the "pump" as much as just waking you up. there's no way this can be good for you im throwing it away tomorrow and i'll prolly just start to cycle regular ol' creatine but i thought i'd get opinions here first before i throw it out. thanks in advance for advice.
