My workout partner missed a few days last week due to being on vacation. So when he came back he decided to hit a back workout on Saturday. He started getting sick on Friday but decided he really needed to get in the gym as he had missed a few days during the week while on a cycle.
So he starts off by doing deadlifts. Warms up and throws 225 on the bar. Reps out about 12 and it feels fine but he's really not feeling well. He puts 315 on and reps out another 12. After this he quickly walks over to the side of the gym where the trash can is so he can boot.
He winds up being ok and doesn't boot. But he wants to get 405 a few times so he grabs the trash can and brings it back to where he's doing DL's so that he doesn't have to walk as far to boot!!!
He got 405 about 5x and never did wind up booting but to grab the fuckin trash can and throw on another pair of 45's when you feel like shit is pure dedication.
