If the world community governs my individual rights, then any right that I have is subject to negation by whatever national or world body deems my rights to be in conflict with their agenda. Actually this is a tenet of the UN Declaration of Human Rights; read Article 29, Section 3, to understand that to this body, rights are granted by governing bodies and not inherent, and therefore subject to nullification.
