Everything was going well I had the diet perfect and cruising. Now I was just figuring out day 7 Carb up and the numbers don`t match up to The Mr. X`s CKD sample meal plan for day 7 I`m 220 so I added 10% to the figures. If you do that just an example 1/4 cup walnuts X4 meals =already 80 grams fat without counting ANYTHING else. Does`nt that throw everything off?

I`m following the mealplan given because I`m unfamiliar with the concept yet of the amounts of simple/complex/solid liquid etc.. CARBS so for now I was sticking to that.

You have the fat part correct, and you are correct about the walnuts being 80g fat. However, the reason for that is to slow down digestions, walnuts are high in EFA's (O3). The meal plan is set up for a 200lb person, so if you add 10% you'll be fine. Keep in mind that you will not be taking in any fat besides the walnuts (not counting insignificant fat for cereal or pasta).
