...in effect purposly attempting to make a citizen waive their rights, which were established as laws by the government designed to protect its citizens and guarantee them with their God given rights. The exact same laws the police office swore to honor and uphold so that we could have the luxury of these self- evident rights we found to be true.

So basically they are doing the exact opposite of what the swear by oath.

Exactly. And they are purposly attempting to get us to waive that same right given to us by the same government whose laws swore to uphold and protect.


They swear to protect the laws and rights of the citizens, and then try deceptive ways for us to give them up.

Interesting. In US individual rights are guaranteed protect the citizens from govt and to make sure the minority opinion in society is protected.

Perhaps i am not being clear.


When confronted with issues such as equal rights or police powers, the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual have been known to be thrown by the wayside. This is justified by the police, or CJS, saying that their actions were in good faith. That they were trying to stop a terrible act of crime.


Rights and freedoms are a constant battle in ANY legal system. I am of the opinion that our rights SHOULD come second to the greater good.
