I'm 23 years old, weigh 240 pounds, and 6'1. Not new to the gym, have been working out pretty regularly for a few years now. I'd like to maybe try something to lose weight plus gain muscle. Not concerned with having huge muscles or with what the scales say. Just mainly want to lose my gut and look more fit. Just curious as to what cycle you guys might suggest to start with. Thanks in advance.

Based on that weight your BF% is probably >15% so before considering any type of cycle I would advise diet/exercise and lose some weight first.. After that I would educate yourself to the max because your young and most likely clueless on AAS, PHs, etc.

I would start with a Sarms stack personally.

cardio bro, cardio. If you don't know how to get results without gear, your not gonna do any better on it.
