Hello all, I’m looking for some help and advice. I’ve been lifting for about a year and a half now and have significantly slowed in my progress over the last 6 months. My most recent disappointment has come in the form of a lasting plateau of about 2 months. I’ve been looking into starting a cycle of Sustanon at 250mg a week. It seems to me that it has a fairly good record of gains and has relatively low side effects as compared to others. Is this a good anabolic to use, or would something like Dianabol give better results?
 
Most bros will tell you that if you've only lifted for a year and a half, you need to really get your diet and training in check before you use steroids.

Yes, sustanon and d-bol will likely give you excellent gains, but it's best to put yourself as close to your genetic limits as possible - and make sure you're training and eating correctly - before you mess around with gear.

It's ultimately up to you, but you may want to hold off for a bit, or try different training styles and see what works best for you.

Thanks for the reply:) Right now Im still in the planning and researching stages, so all advise is helpful. If I was to decide to take the grear route, do you know which is the better steriod to use, gains vs risks ?

That depends on what you want result wise and what your willing to put up with side effect wise. Do a search and try to learn as much as you can.
 
Now, I'm not saying that you should go and do this right now, but I sense that you would really like to hit the gear.

In the interests of you doing well, and not killing yourself, here's a small but reasonable first cycle.

Week 1: 500mg Sustanon, two shots. 30mg dianabol every day (ED).
Week 2: Same.
Week 3: Same
Week 4: Same
Week 5: 500mg Sustanon, two shots. Drop the d-bol.
Week 6-10: 500mg Sustanon, two shots.
Week 12: Start your PCT (check around the boards for good post-cycle therapy regimens).

This is a relatively safe, relatively low-sides cycle... good for a beginner such as yourself.

That said, I cannot emphasize enough that you should look first at your training and diet, and if both of these are top-notch and you're still not gaining, THAT'S when you consider the gear.
