i'm new at the board and i just have a couple of question if you don't mind.
I'm planning on going on a cycle in a couple of weeks (my first, and only) and i just wanted to know what your thoughts are. i know i know, everyone says they're only gonna do one cycle and end up doing 20, but seriously, i can't, it took me months to convince my wife to let me go on a cycle and she's only ok with only one. So, i wanna get the most out of it. that's why i'm not going with the "test only" cycle, although i would if i had other chances. anyways, here are my stats and my proposed cycle:
age: 24
height: 5'7.5
Years training: 4
weight: 180 lbs
BF: 5% ( i know some might think i'm bullshitting, but i just got 4th in my first contest ever 2 weeks ago. so it's up to you if you want to believe it or not)
Cycle:
weeks 1-12 test e (aburaihan) 500 mg/week (bi-weekly)
weeks 1-10 deca (BD) 400 mg/week (bi-weekly)
weeks 1-4 and weeks 10-14 dbol (pinl thais) 35 mg/day
weeks 10-14 t-3 (tapering up from 25 to 100 and back down to 12.5)
weeks 12-14 clen (taper up to 120 mcg)
weeks 1-14 letro 1.25 mg EOD
weeks 1-14 HCG 250 IU twice a week
weeks 14-18 nolva 40/40/20/20
My diet will have atleast 400 grams of protein, and 500 grams of carbs. i'll try to make sure that atleast 5 out of my 7 meals are clean. Planning on doing cardio 3 times a week (50 minutes each session). I don't mind gaining fat while "on" cycle, but i know i'll have to up the calories during PCT to keep most of the gains, and i don't want to leave the cycle with 15% bf. i guess that's the t-3/clen justification.
so, what do you think?
