Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I will not under any circumstance answer unsecure e-mail. I am no guru, but I have a little experience and don't mind sharing it. Rec'd an e-mail earlier asking advice and I'm not being an ass but it was unsecure. Whoever you were I don't mind giving advice but only secure e-mails please. I'm still a noob myself so what I have to offer is limited anyway.

the truth of the matter is that e-mail is protected on our constitution, as long as you are not giving out illegal information such as sources, names, prices and so on, you can talk about almost anything. thats why this board exists, i mean a large portion of this board centers around the conversation of illegal activity, but as long as it is just talk it IS protected by the constitution and you can not be charged with anything. if your selling drugs or giving out names of people who are however you can be charged with aiding and abedding as well as conspiracy to commit a crime. so advice is not illegal but i do agree with wanting to keep it secure. although your IP is about as solid evidence as a finger print on a murder weapon. If you want to keep giving advice in a secure fashion i would definately not post here, at ALL!!!!!

The problem for me is that alot of questions via PM or insecure mail are basically unknown at the time as to what they want to speaking with me about (though its usually source questions)...I like emails sent to me entitled "source check"...(from a secrure email only), then I know what it is...Not "need help"....and thats all I read...

Beautifully said! Karma for the good point Term.......I don't think the problem is the accepting of unsecure email, it is the content of what's inside. If someone sends an unsecure email looking for help with cycle planning, it's a lot different than someone giving out a sources name and info in an unsecure email. So there is no way to tell what is in the email till it is opened, so the only way to protect yourself and the sources info is to have all email come secure.
