OK, here's my first cycle:

I'm gonna taper up, starting with 1/2 potato (peeled) per day for 3 days. Then 1 for 3 days. Then 2 (evenly spaced, with breakfast and supper) for 3 weeks.

But after that, do I have to taper my dosage down? Will all the stomach space I used to have for protein come back once I dump the excess carbs?

Also, I hear potatoes make you retain water... so I was thinking of switching to DNturniPs - can I talk about that here?

Dude, you should not taper up and down with the Potatos.
Thats way old school.
Frontload with a double dose of Mashed for the first few weeks and then switch to baked potatoes thruout.
Run liquidaromestonerolanone to avoid potato bloat while on.

if someone comes in who is determined to find out what a good first cycle is, whos been lifting for a good amount of time, who really has dedication and heart to get this done right, help the man.stop telling the man he should change up his diet instead.you really think he wants to hear that?

let them do there own trial and error.if they f*** up there own body so whut, whos fault is that, that shoulda taught them to research, plan , and correctly put the plan in effect.

i dunno maybe its just me or not but,all im wondering is,
why are there so many topics about "your not ready for steroids"?

Not only are you not ready for gear, you should also not be allowed to use a computer.:D

I would go with the red potatoes, they are more expensive but very reliable. Also frontloading with mashed potatoes is a good idea.

Listen bro, when a non-idiot newby comes aboard looking for advice, you will see that most people jump at the chance to help them. Its those fuckin yahooos like you who piss people off with their ignorace on the whole matter that wont get the good advice. Sure ... maybe many of us juiced it to early or were not educated when we did it, but we are offering advice from the mistakes we may have made. You should consider yourself lucky to here this advice at times so you dont have to make the same stupid mistakes that many of us have. Either way you are gonna do what you want so take our advice how you want it.

For the rest of you ... you are doing things all wrong with the potatoes. Trust me ... being raised on PEI (Canadas Spud Capital), there are better ways to do this. There are some huge fucks back home because of all the fresh potatoes we have.

You guys have been messing around with mashed and baked and shit, ...... you have to go with Scalloped potatoes, or hashbrowns. I fucked around with mashties and baked, and ended up with nothing but mashed induced gyno, wich next to impossible to get rid of. Baked do no fucking wonders for the libido also. My girl always knows whe aint gettin it when we have d baked potatoes. Try the scallaped ... you wont be dissapointed. Trust me.

Man... my last experience with scalloped potatoes was a bad one.

I had SUCH a belly abscess that I had to loosen my belt a couple notches. Some people just thought I was full, but I know my body...

Hey, I just got a line on some mashed potato POWDER, straight from China! Is this shit any good, or am I getting scammed? Is the powder better as a water-based instant, or an oil-based suspension?

Also, I hear that mashed are pretty thick to inject orally - should I heat them up to make them go down easier?

What kind of potatoes did Arnold use? Do you think his past and present potato use will be an issue in the upcoming Gubernatorial Elections? I hear the whipped potato lobby carries some weight; perhaps he should ditch California and run in Idaho? What are your thoughts, bros?
