For some reason when I do my A.M. cardio I barely break a sweat. I keep my heart rate at around 135 for 45 minutes and when I'm done I barely have any perspiration. I'm taking NYC 20 minutes before and I don't start sweating until after I showered. Am I still burning fat if I am not sweating yet my heart rate is in the correct range?
