Training, going as heavy as I can on my last set (6) which normally I do 3 sets. Monday, back and biceps Tuesday, chest and triceps Wednesday, legs and shoulders Friday, chest and triceps Advise on this would be great, training chest twice a week as that is what I feel needs to grow more on me
