Not happy with my strength, deca???

Hi guys, I'm on a test prop cycle, 1ml eod, 4 weeks in. Just feel like I could do with a little extra. Maybe just 1ml a week if deca?
 
Add an oral in the last 6 weeks as a finisher (var, Tbol, winny). Nothing wrong with taking it slow though. Rapid strength increases can lead to injury.

If you're using deca, I'd go for npp since you're already 4 weeks in
 
Because deca is a long estered nandrolone. We assune with prop your cycle isnt that long so deca would be pointless

Exactly. With 6-8 weeks left I would just go with an oral. You may not make the extravagant gains you're looking for but it should be keepable with a good pct. So what does your pct look like bro?

1ml is useless information without knowing the mg per ml. This is your 1st cycle, no? Stay away from deca? Make sure you have caber or prami on hand since you probably will not heed this advice. You need anti-prolactin.
 
This thread is incredibly vague, OP can you give us some more info? Goals, stats, cycle history
 
Just to add to what everyone else said, nandrolone isn't a steroid you're going to get a massive increase in strength with very quickly, its more like a slow steady gain....
 
What is your training like? How often? reps/set range? This is likely going to be more important that what steroid you are using. What is your nutrition like? Are you eating enough? How much protein/day?

Thanks guys, my nutrition is good I think. At least 250g protein per day. 4000+ calories.

Training, going as heavy as I can on my last set (6) which normally I do 3 sets.

Monday, back and biceps
Tuesday, chest and triceps
Wednesday, legs and shoulders
Friday, chest and triceps

Advise on this would be great, training chest twice a week as that is what I feel needs to grow more on me
 
I don't like this routine for someone trying to gain.....Same routine all the time = plateau and you're over training
