Not happy with my results thus far!

Hey bros I'm my second cycle my first was 30mgs of dbol and 500mg of sust for 10 weeks. This one is 35mgs of dbol for 4 weeks and 400mgs of deca for 10 weeks.

I'm on my 5th week and im only up like 5 pounds. I know deca take a long time to kick in but is this normal? Ive been training hard getting sleep and eating 5-6 high protein meals a day. Any help? and now im coming down with the flu..things arent going as planned. Any advice?

are you eating 20 calories per lb of bodyweight? if not then you might want to start, if you are eating that much then your gear is mostlikely bunk
 
For myself It dosn't seem like Deca does much for me either. I'm currently in week 10 of a 15 cycle now for the first 8 weeks I ran 400 mg TT deca a week and I had started D-Bols week 7. Now threw the whole time that I was on Deca I went from 179-180.Now I'm running T-3 Winny and D-bols for the end of my cycle with 125 mg super test EOD. The starnge thing is that the 2 weeks since I've stopped Deca and started Winny I'm actually up to 187 so go figure. Personaly I do not think I will use Deca again well atleast TT Deca thats for Damn sure. I've also heard of othere people that did not like Deca but than again theres people that have stated that Deca has worked wonders.But everyones different i guess.
 
personally I hate deca and will never touch it again....It also sounds like you arte not eating enough...I uasually try and eat 20-25 times my bodyweight...
 
Get some more calories. Maybe try to add some complex carbs in there; pasta, sweet potatoes, wheat bread. Good luck. Keep us updated.

thanks guys....what i have been trying to do is eat cleaner because my last cycle i put on 20pounds but i also got a little bit of a stomach so ive been really concentrating on getting the protein in and eating good carbs and fats. I have also heard that deca take sometime up to 8 weeks to kick in....is this true?
