Not happy with my results thus far!

Give it some time I heard deca does take awhile to kick in so make sure your getting at least 3800-4200 calories in. Eat some carbs
 
I think it has something to do with the fact that you only changed from test to deca and you aren't using much deca. Since you used d-bol last time it isn't impacting you as much. Could you be overtrained? Take a week offf maybe.
 
I forgot to add my strenght has increased very nicely, but i dont know if that is the dbols? I hope this Deca kicks in or does something soon.

Also, do u think I could add anything that would help me out or should i just wait?
 
Hey bros I'm thinking about stopping the deca and ordering some test cyp and winny because the deca isnt really doing shit and im eating real good like 4200 cals 300 grams of protein, sleeping well and training hard. I have maybe gained 6lbs through 5 weeks. Whata guys think I should do?
 
5 weeks and only 5 pounds?? Are you eating like a bird? Intense cardio? Are you getting wicked pumps in the gym? IF you're saying no to all of these then I'd bet my left nut your gear is fake. With dbol you should put on 5 in the first week if you're not taking any anti-e's. Good luck!
 
Yeah.. see I have done my research and I am real commited to eating and training hard when I'm on the sauce. Let me give you an example of what I ate today and tell me if that may be the problem.

11am- 4 eggs 2 pieces whole wheat toast 2 cups of milk 2 tabs of flax seed oil

post workout- 3 scoops of whey protein 2 cups of low fat milk 1 banana and a serving of glutamine

630- chicken breat roll up- in a whole wheat wrap with bbq sauce lettus and onions

900- Pro-42 bar-48 grams of protein 410 cals flax seed oil

11- 7oz piece of swordfish and broccoli

1am- protein shake 2 scoops of whey (44grams)

I'm thinking of stopping the deca and doin what I wanted originally which was test and winny. My first cycle I did sust and dbols and gained 18lbs but like 5-6 was fat. I want to stay sligtly cleaner this cycle. So feel free to give me any advice...thanks!

LOL.. That would be like 4000 lbs of food a day for me!

Yeah see I feel Im eating enough and I have noticed if anything with the Deca that I'm real solid and I'm actually getting more cut...weird?
