Not gaining....plz help

Stats:
Just over 30yrs old
Training off and on for 12 years (muscle memory is there)
6'1 started at 195lbs 15%BF
now-204lbs 16%bf
Cycle: 300ml/week decca & 200ml/week EQ till the last 2 weeks upped it to 400ml EQ. It is now the 8th week. (no sides)

first 3 weeks workout:
mon: chest
Tues: back
Wed: legs
Thur: arms
Fri: Shoulders

4th week worked out only 2 times (traveling to Europe)

5-8th week workouts:
mon,tues,wed,sat: entire body (less sets of course)

Diet: 250-290g of protien, some fried foods (not much)

I have gained 9 lbs, but I look no bigger than I would have without AS.

What more can I do? Do I have bad receptor sites? Should I go back to my first workout sched?

I will be extending this cycle another 5 weeks: 400ml EQ & 250ml Sust/week. Will that help?
 
Your cycle is not very heavy, especially considering you only ran eq at 200mg for the first 6 weeks. 9 pounds does not seem to shabby considering what you were taking. Bumping dose at the end of a cycle with long lasting esters does not do much good, you would have been better off saving it for your next cycle and just ridding this one out IMHO. Many guys here wont even use EQ unless its at 600mg a week.

Injection frequency also can play a large role in the results you get since more frequent injections will give you steadier blood levels of th AAS.

Also make sure you are getting enough good cals and plenty of rest, water, minerals and vitamins.

Yeah, its good. There are many aspects that tell me that.

Does your muscles have to be sore every time you work out? If so, I need to go back to my first workout sched.
 
My 2 cents

Ur not eating enough u need 2g of protein per lb of body weight. U need at keast 390 g a day. ur amount isnt gonna cut it. USe Milk, eggs, fish cottage cheese. sources like that
 
No you do not have to be sore after every workout. Some people never get sore. Soreness is not an indicator of progress or a good work out. Progression should be measured by your strength and muscle growth, like adding a rep or adding weight to a lift.
 
very low cycle I would up the deca to 450mg a week and eq to at least 600mg a week, running them around 10weeks. The 9pounds is prob from the deca cause eq at 200mg a week wouldn't do anything for me

Thanks a lot guys, good advice. Since I had no sides I feel safe to go with a higher dosage. I think I will need and a better diet (more cals). I am full all the time, so I will have to improvise. :)
 
cycle sounds like its on the low side and u need AT LEAST 2g of protein per pound of bodyweight. need to eat good complex carbs like pasta, rice, potatoes, etc. just my .02
