Not gaining anymore

What's up. My first 2 weeks I gained about 20 pounds running Dbol and Test E and a ton of strength. But since then, I haven't gained anything but fat and no strength. I started at 185 and now I'm 210 with the same amount of bodyfat. I'm doing 5x5 but my bench has been stuck at 320 since the second week. I'm on my 12th week and ending my cycle. Overall the cycle was good I gained 20lbs and 50lbs on my bench, but nothing really since the 3rd week of the cycle. My diet is clean, I get 250-300g protein 3500-4000cal/day. Starting the 4th week I ran Tren 75mg/day for 7 weeks. My bench has been stuck at 320 for 7 weeks. AAAGGGggggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!! Any ideas why I stopped gaining?
 
how long did you run dbol?
 
I ran the dbol for 4 weeks to kickstart the cycle.

Weeks 1-4 Dbol 20mg/day
Weeks 1-12 Test E 600mg/week
Weeks 5-12 Tren E 150mg/eod
Weeks 8-12 Winstrol 50mg/day

Obviously my 20lbs in 2 weeks was mostly water and the test and tren solidified them because I'm not holding water anymore, or not much. So overall I'm pleased with the cycle, but I wish I kept gaining throughout. Strentgh overall has gone up but not anymore than might happen naturally from a bulk.
 
u sure the oils were legit?

I know it's all real. Balls have shrunk crazy sex drive, Tren shut me down so I uped the test a little, got my guy up and running again. Plus I got some cialis.
 
don't know much about those products....

maybe try 400g protein next time.....wish i knew your full macro's

You may have to up your cals or dosages some next time. Your body learns to adjust and counteract after a few weeks. That is one reason I stick with shorter cycles. I achieve better results than what I got on longer cycles plus recovery is easier and safer in my opinion in the long run.

the weight you gained the first couple of weeks was more than likely water and when you stopped the dbol and started using winny it solidified the gains, i would be happy with 20lbs and 50lb increase in strength. good job
 
Switch up your work out routine, since your stuck at 320 doing 5X5, try lowering the weight and doing 10-12 reps or possibly even more till you are totally burnt out and pumped. I've noticed switching up my routine helps me get through plateaus
