I am curious because the gym that I belong to is really not that great and only has dumbbells.
Since I do not have a barbell, am I going to see a negative impact on my progress.
I guess sometimes I just feel pretty limited in my options. For example, I am a big squater but without the barbell I really cant do them like they are supposed to do.
Any opinions or advice?
