Damn fellas. Did not pin deep enough have a bulge on my inj site. Never had this before need advice

what radar said and stay away from that spot for a while.

if you develop a sterile abscess its gonna take time to dissipate. been there, done that. you won't be able to drain it on your own unless you use a very thick needle so don't even bother.

Got it...perhaps i will do extra leg day to keep blood flow on quads at a max

Don't try it mate. Just let it go it shouldn't take long. Had one myself this week but only small because I pulled out way too quickly. Muscle seemed to swell with fluid and one ass cheek has been massive and sore for days lok

Give it time and use other sites.

yeah don't go digging around in there w another pin. just asking for an infection. Add heat, massage and do cardio and extra legs to keep above average blood flow. In 4 days is should be pretty much gone.

Ok update. The pin site is recovered. No more bulge just a bit of soreness whew glad i did jot go digging in there !
