Not aligned abs.

My abs are not aligned. What are the stuff that i can do to make it aligned???? I got 6 packs and one side of my ab is higher than the other!!

Ur technique is probably off . When working abs it is ESSENTIAL to expel all the air from your lungs on the way up - this allignes ann the abdominals. So on the way up, breat out bro
 
So just to get it right:
One side of your abs is bigger than the other side, right?

Probably just genetics.

If not, then maybe your technique is a little bit sloppy!

How do you work out your abs?
Do you have any probs with your back? Scoliosis or so?

This is genetic. There are no exercises that can change the alignment of your abs, sorry.
 
learn to live with it. look at some of the top pro's in the ifbb. cutler for the grand puba of
fu**ed up abs.
 
This could be the case, but by no means definatively.

Poor form could be the reason

He said one side is "higher" than the other.

This is 100% genetic, he can blame his parents for this, lol.

You can not change the shape of your muscles, only make them bigger.
 
It's not about technique, the way your abs look has a lot to do with genetics.

You're not going to get abs like Ahmad Haidar regardless of how many situps you do.

well, i talked to my trainer about this. He said that its genetic and showed me many bodybuilders photos with nonaligned abs. Well, his abs are symetrical though:mad: But i am pretty happy now. anyway, i am a chronic 19 year old ectomorph,and started my training this week only. For weight gain....i currently weight just 100 lbs. I have never worked on my abs well, but i am born with six packs like the guys in 300:supercool I used to do just crunches before dance or football practice in school. So it cant really be dude to wrong technique.
 
steak and potatoes for meals and pbj sandwiches between meals.
 
Haha you should see mine. If I was lean enough atm I'd show a pic but nope. Mine are staggered perfectly. The top left one starts at the very middle of the top right. Picture a brick wall flipped on its side.
 
regardless of what form of dance it is theres nothing wrong about it. shit thats why most of us lift anyway is for the ladies :P buff and can dance=panties droppin
