Nose Bleeds

Just wondering how many of you guys experience nose bleeds when on/off of gear. Had my 3rd nose bleed today since the start of February. Seems like it happens around this time every year, and only after I step into the shower. Can't tell if its sinuses, since I have them very bad, the heat from the shower, or the gear thinning out my blood.

Probably just blood vessels bursting from dry air and maybe your blood preasure is a up a bit on cycle its all normal.

Where do you live? If its really cold & dry in the winter that could be one cause.

Could be due to increased BP. I getem sometime even when im taking a boatload of arginines. Change in climate can do it as well ... this can really be a pain in the ass, especially if it happens the day after getting shitfaced because the blood tends to be too thin to clot and that can really get f*cking annoying.

if your somewhere down south the pollen in the air could have a lot to do with it. It could be any number or things bro but why not take a trip to the doc and have him check your BP just to be safe. Hell it won't hurt.

Ditto... I live in the North East and have one from Dec-March. Not bad, but whenever I blow my nose I get some bleeding... I also have dry skin to boot...

Cold and dry air or elevated BP as was said in previous posts. Wouldn't hurt to check your BP.

yessir check your bp,, but i get nose bleeds at the change of every season, so .... whatever that means

Yeah, probably dry air. You should get some saline spray and irrigate your nose a couple times a day. Also, you might want to ask a doc if you have a deviated septum...

Happened a few times on dbol and in my case i believe it was the elevated BP cause i haven't had one since a year ago.

Yeah. They suck but luckily they have only happened in the shower when I hit the warm moisture. Not worried or anything since I'm not even on gear, but was just wondering how many of you out there get them.

Could be a lot of things, dry air, allergies, change of seasons, etc... I get them from time to time. I used to get them real bad as a kid.

They just blow, especially when your in an ackward position. A few weeks back I was leaning over to kiss my girlfriend goodnight in my car and it just came pouring out. I'm luck shit, uhhh, sorry. Hope I didnt get it on you. Then you get that look like what the fuck is going on.
