Yes we are working on a deal for a product that someone ordered and didn't pay for. The lab still has it and we are trying to convince them to sell it to us. It's a different label and a couple extra ingredients but the base of it is NYC.

i wasn't saying anything but the reason the DEA and FDA are getting strict on norephedrine is that MOST of it is used for meth, it takes quite a substantial amount of it to do that, so its being closely watched. as for NYC, i promise you the slight amount used for that products doesn't even come remotely close to the amount being used for meth!

ephedra, at least from most of the larger supp companies, will be gone too for much the same reason. though the methodology is different.. the government has openly encouraged insurance companies to skyrocket the rates or drop customers who sell ephedra based products... in light of some of the lawsuits.. it was probably in their best interest..

yes people make with with ephedra.. a large ring in australia was busted doing it about a year ago. importing hundreds of kilos.. beleive that the metabolife guys(2 of the founders) are under indictment for similar reasons.
