norandren 50 aka deca durabolin

i have norandren 50 from mexico. i have been doing 3cc going on 4 weeks without noticing much change in stamina or appearance. a friend got it direct from a mexican trip. the bottle looks good and it came with the spec sheet. how high is the likelihood that what i have been using is something other than the real thing? should i be doing more than 3cc?
