What's the deal with this stuff and hows it compare to creatine/glutamine or 1-AD?

I took it for 12 weeks, put on about 6 pounds in that time but to be honest I completeely changed my training and eating during that period so it might have nothing to do with it. Certainly not the miracle drug George claims. Ever the Sucker Im now on a winny only cycle cause I was scared of spikes. I'm now considering the spikes in my next batch.
