Noosebleeds

Anyone else except me that gets noosebleeds during night?
Im trying to figure out why and it seems like I get it while on naturaltest increasers such as ZMA but im not sure.

high blood pressure can cause nose bleeds....what else are you taking or doing before bed?

eek see a doc, if your bloodwork is kosher then look to teh supps your taking.

the only supps/meds I take before bed is ZMA and Anti depressants...

Used to get those for years,sounds wierd but smear some vasoline inside your nose at night,had thin membrane/skin in mine this kept it moist,same concept as when you get your nose packed by Dr.

By the way, how does it feel to post your first post on the board and the post i all about telling another guy to put vaseline up his noose? muhahaha

Yea before you assume the worst, consider the possibility that your room has some dry air in it. How bout a squirt of saline before you go to bed. If that doesn't do it then def go to the doc, anything beyond a dry nose needs a doc for sure.

i used to get them all the time...in the winter almost every night because of the dry stale air. now i use borolium ointment before bed and haven't had one in years. u can get borolium behind the counter at any drug store (cvs, walgreens, etc).
